Jennifer Stevens
Jennifer is a successful entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas. She is the founder and president of JHL Company and Rocca Productions.
Before she was a small business owner, Jennifer started her career in politics and served in a variety of capacities for numerous campaigns. In her last political campaign in 2002, Jennifer served as the Campaign Manager for United States Senator John Cornyn
With her nearly 20 years of experience in government, public affairs, event planning, and fundraising, Jennifer has provided expertise and guidance to dozens of nonprofits, foundations, government entities, associations, and corporations.
Jennifer serves on the Board of the Susan G. Komen Austin Affiliate, on the Board of the Texas Association of Business, as an Umlauf Sculpture Garden Board Member, as a Fellow for the Robert S. Strauss Center, and as a Director of the Texas Lyceum.
Jennifer is a native of Denton, Texas and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Austin with her husband and three children.
Beth Cofty
Beth specializes in strategic relationship building, negotiation, and communication. She develops partnerships with vendors that are mutually beneficial to Rocca, our Clients, and our Vendors.
Before coming to Rocca Productions, Beth worked as the Director of Marketing & Vendor Relations for a wholesale book distributor, gaining extensive experience in marketing campaigns and promotion.
Beth graduated with a marketing degree from the McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University in San Marcos. She has made Austin her home for 15 years. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and working out.
Shay Mahle
Shay specializes in new business development, strategic relationship building, account management and communication. She works on developing new business that is mutually beneficial for Rocca, while maintaining existing clientele.
Before joining Rocca Productions, Shay worked as a Senior Account Executive at KVUE-TV, ABC affiliate for Austin, Texas. She gained extensive experience in developing local and national relationships with media buyers working on major marketing campaigns.
Shay graduated with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico and has made Austin her home for the last 10 years. Outside of work, Shay loves to participate in marathon/half marathons in and outside of Austin, cooking and enjoying time with her fiancé and friends.
